You will receive a personal email from one of our sales representatives within 1-2 business days of your order confirming your order and providing you with a lead time specific to your order. If you do not hear from us, check your spam folder or give us a call.

What does it cost to ship one of your podiums?

The cost varies depending on the podium selected and the shipping location. Enter your zip code when checking out and it will give you the shipping costs before payment. Read more about our Shipping FAQs.

*There are some exceptions for HI, Canada, Some parts of NY, FL, and GA. You can email sales@thevaletspot.com for a shipping quote in those cases.

How do you determine your shipping rates?

All of our shipping rates whether parcel or freight we pull directly from our shipping partners. Shipping often ends up more expensive for us than what we charged our customers. Once it reaches a certain point we have to adjust our shipping costs on our websites to reflect the new cost to ship.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most parcel orders are delivered within 10 business days. Podium and large order lead times can range from 5-8 weeks depending on item selected and delivery location. Need it by a certain date? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your deadline. 

Do you offer a net 30 terms?

On a case-by-case basis. If accepted it requires a formal purchase order to be received. You can email sales@thevaletspot.com to begin the process.

Do you do same-day pickup/Do you have a storefront where I can purchase a complete podium today?

All podiums must be assembled. The fastest options are our Key boxes that ship parcel and can be ready in 1-2 business days, but not same-day.

I live near your warehouse, can I pickup the order instead of ship it?

YES. Just enter a California zip code and select “Warehouse Pickup” at checkout. You will receive a follow-up email with a pickup appointment date and time (usually 7-10 business days from the date of the order). Pickup appointments are scheduled between 8 am-12 pm Monday through Friday.

Can I order bulk and ship to multiple locations?

If ordering online, they will be separate orders and not recognized as bulk. Please email sales@thevaletspot.com for bulk pricing when shipping to multiple locations.

What can I expect with your 100% guarantee?

You can expect to have a partner in the valet industry working for you. We pride ourselves in providing dedicated customer service and a 1-year warranty against workmanship defects.

Which materials are used to make the podiums and kiosks?

Frames are made of steel. Panel materials are either acrylic made of sturdy high-quality plexiglass or marine-grade plywood finished with Wilson Art Laminate.

Can the parts in your podiums be replaced?

Yes. All of our podiums have a modular design. This means that any part of your podium is replaceable. This way, if a wheel, key hook, door, lock, drawer, key, or anything else gets damaged you can replace it instead of the entire podium. We think that makes more sense.

I don’t see a part I need on the website. Can I still order it?

Yes! Please email sales@thevaletspot.com with details of what you need. Photos and an invoice number for reference of what unit you have will speed up the process.

Can I add more key hooks to my podium in the future?

Certainly. Our podiums’ modular design makes it easy to add on extra key hooks when you need them.

Can I get it without key hooks?

Can I upgrade the podium I have with a different lock?

If you have one of our newer versions of podiums made in the last few years, most likely, yes. But to upgrade from a slam lock to a Schlage lock or UL3 lock requires a new left panel, door, in addition to the lock. Upgrading a slam lock to a combination cam lock does not require any new hardware. You can just swap them out! If you have one of our older discontinued models please email us at sales@thevaletspot.com with pictures to determine if an upgrade is possible.

Are your units built with an electricity supply?

No. We offer a USB charger that can be added on that must be plugged in, or the portable power station that is sold separately.

Do you accept international orders?

We do not ship international orders (except in Canada). However, if you are willing to schedule a freight forward to pick up from our warehouse we will work with you on getting the order done.

Return Policy

For parcel items, in new condition, may be returned to us within 15 business days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipments to our warehouse. For returns on Podiums or large freight items, please call (877) 977-8733. Visit the Return Policy page for  more details.
